1. Minimum rental
- One day (24 hours).
- Every hour in excess is calculated at 1/5 of the daily rate.
- In case the vehicle is returned before the arranged date/time there is no refund.
2. Insurance
- All scooters/atvs are insured and covered to third parties.
- Material damages caused to the vehicle by renter's responsibility are not covered from our insurance company and the customer has to balance the whole amount of the damage plus the loss of the rental rate for the duration of the repair.
3. Key loss
- 20 euros charge.
4. Traffic fines
- Tickets and subsequent administrative sanctions resulting from traffic violations during the rental period are on renter's expense.
5. It's prohibited
- It's prohibited to use the vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs.
- It's prohibited to drive on dirt roads or sandy areas on the beachers.
- It's not allowed to drive in town or park on the sided of the roads before Mykonos town.
6. Gasoline
- Renter pays the gasoline consumed during the rental period.
7. Shipping of vehicle
- Not allowed.
